Nice idea guys - but aren't most of the disabled parking spots on
private property?? All the malls and shopping centers are private
property and not within the jurisdiction of city enforcement - or am I
wrong here?

You are correct. Most spots are on private lots. This presents a problem only where they don't enforce on private lots (an issue we are trying to address in Vancouver). However in all cities in the US and most cities in Canada, private lots are enforced. So we are working with cities to bring on Parking Mobility which will enable its use on all spots in a city.
