Registration didn't seem to work
I just registered but I still can't report a disabled parking violation. What's wrong?

Sorry you've had this issue. The following are the two likely reasons for your issue. In any case, please contact us at support {at} parkingmobility.com and we will look into it.
1.) Sometimes when a user registers on a phone the email address is mispelled, which prevents proper registration.
2.) To prevent spam, we require that new users verify their email accounts before they can report violations or add/suggest locations of disabled parking. When you registered, you should have received an email from us requesting that you click a link to verify your email address and activate your Parking Mobility account. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder in your email account. If you cannot find our verification email, please contact us at the above address.
