Parking Mobility iPhone application crash
Sometimes my Parking Mobility iPhone application crashes or shuts down. What's going on?

Parking Mobility's iPhone app does a lot of things and tests some of the limits of the phone. Sometimes when doing an action on the phone (if this occurs it is typically when reporting a violation). This may result in:
- not being able to see any or all of the parking spots that exist
- the phone application may stop working or close (crash).
This is due to the memory limits of the phone being reached.
To avoid this, try the following solutions:
1) When going through actions, go a little more slowly. This will give your phone more time to process the images which is often the cause of the issue.
2) Power cycle your phone (turn it off, then on). This clears your memory on your phone.
We are working to improve this. Please let us know if you experience any issues with Parking Mobility or these remedies do not help.
