HOTEL PUTS BATH TUBS IN HANDICAP SPACE WITH NO HANDICAP SIGN - NO ONE GIVES TICKET
im staying at hotel with 100 - 150 rooms. There are only 5 handicap parking spots. I have been complaining here for months. Last Monday the hotel unloaded boxes of crated bathtubs in handicap parking spot closest to front door. I have complained 7 days running. We now only have 4 spots to park. i called police dept they did not even come out. They said would tell city dept. that was last thur. nite, No one has responded. I have been taking pixs and writing letters no response.

I can only speak to Texas law as that has been our focus the past few months. But in Texas this would be a 'blocking' violation under Texas Transportation Code 681:

If on private property, a violation under this statute would be given to the property owner (especially after they've been given notice as you have done). What state are you from?
