DROID: "App has encountered a problem-sending msg to developers"
Today was the first time I tried to use this on my Droid; I started taking pix, and I got "App has encountered a problem- sending message to developers". Then I took pix without app, put in information and tried to "Save Report for Later" and because I hadn't taken the pix (that same message popped up several times- believe me I tried!) and it won't let me save the report. Any thoughts?

I hope you are well! I know some time has passed since we initially corresponded, but I'm hoping you'll give us a second chance.
I wanted to let you know that we just released v1.0.33 of the Android app which fixes all known issues with DROID phones. I encourage you to download the new version and give it a whirl. Because it was *just* published on Android Market, you might initially get the older v1.0.29 version -- you can tell by tapping the Menu button while the app is running and select 'About'. If so, within Android Market go to 'My Apps' and you'll see the v1.0.33 update waiting to be downloaded.
Unfortunately, Motorola does not follow standard Android specs, which makes development harder than it needs to be. We have been working with other Android developers to fix issues caused by Moto DROID phones. If interested, I encourage you to click this link which discusses one of the many Droid-only issues we have to deal with:

Please let us know if you encounter any issues. Thanks!

Thanks for your note. We are aware of an incompatibility with the DROID phones, and we are working on a fix. The Motorola DROID does things slightly different than most Android phones, and this sometimes causes issues. When it's fixed, we'll let you know!
