Does not work on Cricket android 2.1

Is there a fix for the freezing upload on android phones. I have a Huawei Asend from Cricket. It stops sending when it starts uploading rear pic. sometimes says 33% or 40%. Then it never goes any further. left it on all day to see if it would work. Tried resending over a dozen times and canx and sending a new violation from different parking area. All to no avail.
