Can I use photos that weren't taken by one of the apps?

I have several photos I took of a violation, can I import them into the iPhone/Android/Blackberry application?

    Unfortunately, no. Cities and counties must rely on the fact that the photographic evidence has not been altered, manipulated, Photoshop'ed... So, cities and counties only accept photos that are taken within the Parking Mobility app because they are immediately sent to the city and are unable to be altered.

    This is also the reason why we cannot accept Polaroid or other printed photos. Photos need to be taken within the app.
