Broader Application
What about broadening this app to other parking by-law infractions, e.g., stopping in No Stopping zones or blocking driveways? This can have an even greater effect, since there are many more violations of other by-laws.

Great idea. We have looked at this a little as future development. For the moment, we are trying to get traction by doing one thing and doing it well. We also think that accessible parking for people with disabilities is higher priority than other parking violations (we may be biased).
The examples you give are good, because they are easy to enforce. The big prize here is parking meters, but it is also a tough violation to document.
