Blackberry login and registration issues
I just downloaded the Parking Mobility for my Blackberry, but I can't get it to work. I can't even register my email address with the app. What's wrong?

Sorry you've had this problem. As mentioned on Parking Mobility's download page for the Blackberry app, often company-provided Blackberries are locked down by your company's IT staff. This might mean that the http://parkingmobility.com domain is being blocked (see the error example below), which would explain why you can't register, login or send reports from your Blackberry. In this case, we recommend contacting your company's IT staff with the request they allow communication with the http://parkingmobility.com domain. We can assist your IT staff to ensure it will work properly.
Within the Blackberry app, please select the 'Contact Support' option which will email us information from your Parking Mobility app to identify and resolve the issue.
We also encourage you to register with Parking Mobility on our website at http://parkingmobility.com/register -- and then attempt to login with that email address on your Blackberry.
