Blackberry GPS problem -- cannott submit a violation
The Blackberry app doesn't acquire GPS coordinates for the violation's location, and so I can't submit the violation. How can I fix this?

The first thing to is make sure that GPS is enabled on your Blackberry. To do so:
1.) Go to your Blackberry's "Options" icon
2.) Select "Advanced Options"
3.) Select "GPS"
...and make sure 'GPS Services' is "ON".
If this does not fix the issue, please send us a 'Get Support' report within the Parking Mobility app -- this sends us a log of what your app is attempting to do, and it will tell us the type of Blackberry and the OS version it's using.
1.) Start Parking Mobility
2.) Take three dummy photos (anything)
3.) If the GPS location has not been obtained, please hit the Blackberry Menu button and choose Get Support to send us the debug log.
Once we receive the log, we'll let you know the issue as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Craig
