I now have a power chair which give me one hand to fight back with,I but for some it could be very dangerous if they have no way of getting away.I replaced my Blackberry Bold and am waiting for anyone to park where I need to.DON in Roanoke,Virginia.

    sad I’m disappointed with society
Don, I appreciate your enthusiasm in defending your right to access -- a right given you by federal, state and municipal law. As we stress in the apps and on the website, your personal safety is so much more important than reporting a violation. If you are confronted -- or if traffic is bad -- we stress to leave the situation. You have every right to decide for yourself to take a report, but please always prioritize yourself over any violation. As all of us know too well -- there will be violations tomorrow...

As a side note, the situation you describe may be one you want to report to the authorities.

I'm sorry you had this encounter. We encourage you to defend your rights, but please be safe.
